About bethany
Bethany Grotz showed an interest in becoming a stylist from a very young age. As early as 17 years old she was being paid by family and friends for her natural talent. She quickly realized that her natural talent could match her business savvy and enrolled in the Paul Mitchell Hair School in the fall of 2014.
Bethany excelled at Paul Mitchell, graduating in record time and growing a significant client base while still in school. She opened Phase Salon with her best friend Katherine in early 2014. The salon grew, and soon Katherine and Bethany had to split into 2 different salon locations.
Today Bethany is one of the top requested Bridal Hair & Makeup artists in south Charlotte. She enjoys all aspects of her business including color changes, blowouts, and special occasion hair.
Bethany currently lives with her husband Scott in the Charlotte area and they enjoy traveling, movies, and board games.
